By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform or interfere with any other User's enjoyment of it.

The Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical interruptions. The Operator makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors.
All deposits made to your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The Operator does not accept third-party deposits. Accepted deposit methods, minimum and maximum transaction amounts, and applicable processing times are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change without notice.
For the convenience of Pakistani users, transaction amounts are displayed in PKR where technically supported. Actual transactions may be processed in an alternative currency at the prevailing exchange rate, depending on the payment method used.

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and provided no active investigations are underway.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
